This is a fabulous vintage French heavy metal curtain tie back, which I am certain is bronze, it\'s got great weight and I believe dates from the early 1900\'s, it\'s beautifully decorated as the photos show.

It is stamped to the rear with TD 5202, although this is quite difficult to read.

Through the passage of time it\'s aged wonderfully and now has the odd hint of verdi gris and has tarnished giving that magnificent aged look that only the passage of time can give. I have left it just as I found it but it would polish or paint if required.
