This is a vintage French Touruscuisine copper kitchen sauce gravy

Reducing panmilk panmulti-use copper pan

The metal handle isfixed tothe copper panwith 3 copperrivets

It was very dirty andtarnished when l found it

See pictures 6.7.8 This pan has spent it life hanging on a kitchen wall

And has had very little useit still had it lacquer protective coating on it

From when it was made this comes off when you first use or wash it

It is no longer there as lhave given it a wash in hot soapy water

And polished the copper

Nowit looks stunning you can see the quality

Of the coppernow it is cleaned

It would look stunning in any kitchen

French copper pans are the best you can have

For cooking food init will last a life time

If looked after

The pan is 245mm Approx 9.75inches across from the metal handle

120mm 4.75inches across and 63mm Approx 2.5inches deep

It holds 0.70 of a literapprox 1.25uk pint Approx 1.50U.S.A pint

The tin lining is in excellent condition unused like mint

A excellent French copper kitchen pan

That would look stunning on any stove

or hanging in any kitchen in any home
