VINTAGE and rare! Lovely handcarved music box features 3 Blossom Children or Blumenkinder, atop a revolving base. About 4\" across and 6 1/2\" tall, marked only on the underside with the REUGE Swiss Musical Movement sticker, \"Swiss Music Box Made in Switzerland 391-304\" and a handwritten penciled name \"Keith\". Although unmarked, research suggests this may be from the Blank factory in the Erzgebirge or Ore Mountains of East Germany. This piece is unusual, in that it is unpainted - the natural wood gives this a charming, Old World look. It is also unusual, in that it is in MINT CONDITION - apart from a little dust, there is no damage, repairs, chips, missing parts, or flaws. Tune is \"Edelweiss\", and the music plays perfectly.
