Very beautiful, vintage table , base is made by Globe, has the original sticker, and is 24 kt gold plated, is filigree with floral design and some Cherubs, lighter is Four Star, Japan, it operates but does not light , not sure if it takes fluid or a flint, not real familiar with lighters, but this is a lovely piece, could be used to hold a perfume bottle, stands 3 1/2\" tall, and is 2 3/4\" across the base, also a nice heavy piece.
