If one can be in love with a pc. of porcelain, then it\'s possible it\'s made by the Limoges Co. of France. This darling, vintage vase is just a delight of handmade craftsmanship! At just 6\" tall, the bottom portion of the vase has a purplish/blue hue, and gradually fades to a soft white. A fledgling bluebird rests on a wonderfully painted, highly detailed flowering branch of pink flowers, and the floral spray continues around the sides & back of the vase in amazing, realistic style. The pc. is finished with a pencil (thin) border of gold at the mouth of the vase. There is a slight bit of paint loss to the back of the bluebird\'s head, and a small, just visible scratch above the bluebird\'s head (see 6th photo). There are no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs of any kind. This is a scarce pc., in a nice size, and possibly one-of-a-kind. The vase is clearly marked on the bottom, B & Co. France, with the artist\'s initials of MN.
