This is a vintage Hamilton 4992B 22J pocket watch in good running condition. From the late 1940’s to early 1950’s. The case measures 51.8mm in diameter. It is a size 16 or 16s. The black 24 hour military dial is stamped

G.C.T.

The case has some plating wear to the rear but there are no dents. The rear case cover is stamped AN 5740
