Item Description:

This vintage Hopi kachina is marked on the bottom as the \"Cloud\' kachina and also has a Sun kachina hallmark similar to the Hopi Silvercraft Guild mark. It stands 5 3/4\" tall and is carved of cottonwood. This type of kachina is often referred to as a Route 66 kachina because they were made by Hopi carvers to be sold to tourists travelling through the Southwest on the old Route 66. This kachina has missing paint throughout and it looks like it is missing a feather at its head. But, overall it is in good vintage condition.
