-For your consideration,we have thisvintage tin lithographed, mechanical bank!!!!!

-This piece was manufactured by J. Chein & Company, During the 1950\'s!!!!!!

-J. Chein &company began in a loft in New York City in 1903, with a metal-stamping operation run by Julius Chein, The company produced small tin prizes for the Cracker Jack boxes and other small toys for five and dime stores, J. Chein & Company\'sreputation is built on the nostalgic tin toys and tin banks thatwere manufacturedup until the 1950\'s!!!!!!

-Julius Chein was killed in a riding accident in 1926when hefell or was knocked from his horse, while riding in Central Park, He was known for his violent temper, and was known to fly into a rage over something that went wrong at the plant, Stories tell that he had even been known to take off his watch, throw it on the floor, and jump on it when he was angry!!!!

-This cool, old bank is 5 1/4\" tall, when you press the button down the clown\'s tongue comes out and that is were you place the coin!!!!

-Made with pride, in the U.S.A!!!!!!

-AWESOME PIECEFOR YOUR piece is in very nice vintage condition, with only some minor paint loss, its also complete, and working nicely.
