It is in nice condition, and measures 4 1/2\" high. It is a finger lamp and it tilits 90 degrees. I think this was copper plated. Has one tiny dink on the underside. It is marked Hilco, Made in Hong Kong, British Empire on the bottom. A nice addition to any collection. Please email any questions before offerding. Buyer pays actual shipping costs.
