This is 1980\'s My Little Pony Lot of 2 Twinkler &Baby Sparkle. They are from the 1st generation. Theirhair is set with just water only and curled with sponge curlers, (no curling irons).
Twinkler might have a thin mane and Baby Sparkle has a faint spot underneath one foot.
