VINTAGE NAVAJO, RAY TAFOYA .925 STERLING SILVER & 14K GOLD, NECKLACE & EARRINGSThis is a Distinctive, Navajo Native American .925 Sterling Silver and 14K Yellow Gold, Pendant Necklace & Earrings Set. This 24\" Chain Necklace weighs 18.4 grams, the Pendant measures 1 5/8\" in length and 1 1/8\" in width. The opening of the Bail is 9mm in diameter and can easily handle thicker Chains, Beads or Pearls. The Earrings weigh 10.2 grams, measure 1 5/8\" in length, 1 1/4\" in width and are on French Wires. This Gorgeous Set was Handcrafted by the well known Navajo artist Ray Tafoya. Ray was from the Santa Clara Pueblo and wasactive 1976-1994: His artistic work included incised graffito blackware with polychrome highlights, miniatures (especially seed pots) and silver jewelry. Ray is sought for his outstanding deep stamp detail in jewelry. This lovely Set is certainly a fine example of his work and will compliment any outfit. He also worked with his wife, Emily, who still makes beautiful pottery. Each Earring and the entire face of the Pendant is deeply hand etched. The reverse
