Item Description:

This vintage watchband was made by well known Navajo silversmith Tommy Singer. It has an attractive design in turquoise and coral chip inlay with hand chiselled lines at the top and bottom edge. Tommy is known for his early use of chip inlay and is seen as one of the first innovators of this style. The bracelet measures 5 1/2 inches around the inside with an additional 1 1/2 inch opening at the back for a total of 7 inches around. The band is approximately 1 inch wide. The space between the inside watch keepers is 3/4 inch and they just under 1/2 inch wide. The bracelet weighs 1.7 ounces or 50 grams. This bracelet is signed with Tommy\'s hallmark. This bracelet is in good vintage condition. It shows signs of vintage wear throughout with some deeper scratches on the outer watch keeper on one side.
