This is a vintage \"no feet\" PEZ candy dispenser. This is a SKULL dispenser that was sold around Halloween. It has the harder to find orange body. The stem, or body, is embossed: \"U.S. PATENT 3,845,882 MADE IN USA.\" The condition is GOOD. There are no chips or cracks, however the stem has some small scattered melt marks and scuffs. It still displays very nicely, but the flaws may disappoint condition freaks. The head is just a bit loose. This dispenser is guaranteed to be old & original or your money back.
