This set comes w/a 45-Card Deck Including a Rules Card. It is partially sealed (only 1/2 of the cellophane is there) but it looks as though the game has NEVER been played with. The cards are very crisp and there may be just a couple of light spots on the outside of a couple of cards. It also comes w/the original plastic case. Overall this Old Maid set is in MINT condition!
