This is a grand showy mens size 8.75 vintage Native American Indian ring from a high end estate of a well known doctor. It is large at 1 3/8\" by slightly under 1 1/4\" on front with a large turquoise 17mm by 20mm stone with a twisted rope mounting. It features six balls on outer rope design. Under a loupe I see a couple of dimples in the balls my normal vision does not see. Do not know if this was in the casting or dings. The ring is casted and has no marking. It is guaranteed to be sterling. It weighs 18.1 grams. It is stunning and in good condition. Thanks for looking.
