Here\'s a wonderful Gullah basket with very nice workmanship. The basket is in good condition for its age and has a beautiful patina. It has some areas especially around the footed base where the rim wraps have broken exposing the sweet grass which is typical for these baskets. It measures approx. 6inches tall not including the handle and over 12 inches to the top of the handle, andapprox. 9 1/4 inches by approx 8 inches across the top.
