There is some light scratches on the bottom of the board and a few small spots on the edges where the veneer has come off.
There is one piece of the light brown set (one of the wise men) that suffered damage to the base of the piece. Last picture, 3rd piece from the right.The elastics in the drawers have definitely lost their elasticity, so the pieces are not held tight in the drawers. The brass hinges could use a polishing, but otherwise everything else in pretty good shape, considering the age.The set is entirely hand carved, so no two pieces are alike.The king measures:
