Hello& Welcome, being offered is a Vintage BritishHallmarked Signed RC Carrs Sterling Silver Picture Frame with Ribbon Reeds surrounding the center frame, it measures 6 x 5 inchesand the picture area measures 4-1/8 x 3-1/4 inches, it is in very nice condition except for some surface scratches.
Ihave been selling on since 2003 and am an honest seller that will be there for the buyer fromthe time of offerding until after the delivery of their order(s).
SinceI am a small seller, only selling on a part-time basis, returns cannot beaccepted on a customer’s whim, because they decided they didn’t like the color,size or any other feature of the item(s). All listings have a non-returnpolicy, however, they are guaranteed to be as described. I do my best toproperly describe each item(s) that is being sold, however, sometimes honest mistakes are made and in those instances, afull refund will be made to the buyer as well as their return shipping cost.
Shippingcost are never over inflated, the buyer only pays what it actually cost to shipthe item(s) + a small packaging fee.
OnBuy-it-now sales, the shipping amountthat is listed in the ad, is the exact amount that the buyer will becharged, however, sale or combined sales’ shipping cost will vary-see nextparagraph.
If a jewelry sale order or combinedorder sells for less than $40.00, then the order(s) will be shipped by USPSFirst Class Mail & the cost will be $2.77 + .30( & packaging fees)=$3.07, however, if the order or combined orders sell for more than $40.00, thenthe order will be shipped by Priority Flat Mail, which cost $6.25+.65(& packing fees)=$6.90 - all Priority Mail(small flat box) is automatically insuredfor up to $100 by USPS and has a tracking number. Anything over $100 & thebuyer will be charged an additional amount for the extra insurance coveragecost & the order will also require the buyer’s signature which will be anadditional $2.35.
Allorders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving notification from Paypal thatpayment has been received, however, please note that if payment is made by Paypal e-check it can take between 2 – 5 days for thecheck to clear. As soon as notification is received, then an email with be sentto the buyer along with a delivery tracking number.
Pleasenote: If you cannot pay for an item within 2 days, please let meknow, otherwise, if a response is not received from you, then an automaticunpaid case will be opened.
