VINTAGE REUGE DANCING BALLERINA MUSIC JEWELRY BOX NEEDS RESTORATION:

A vintage Reuge musical jewelry box with dancing ballerina (has a 2nd ballerina, but one leg is missing). The music box is frozen, the key will not turn. Not sure what it needs to be repaired. It has inlay on the top two front panels relating to Italy. Some wear, especially on the one side.
The inside has the red velvet, in pretty nice condition.
It measures 12\" long x 6.5\" wide x 3 1/4\" high.
It has the key to lock and unlock it.
It was in a box, which may or may not be the original. Box has damage.
