WOW Up for sale is THIS VINTAGE ROYAL DOULTON CHARLES DICKENS CHARACTER TITLED SCROOGE. We believe this is a makers mark from pre 1973. The figure is 4 1/14 inches tall and appears to be in fine condition. There is no box or paperwork.

All items are sold AS IS and AS PICTURED in the sale, if there is a problem please contact us first to solve it. We will accept returns if we have Mis-Described the item, but only if it\'s in the condition it was sent in.

We ship USPS Parcel post and Priority mail only unless other options are listed. International package will be shipped First class mail when possible all other will be shipping International Priority mail. We will refund any difference in shipping over a $1.00 if shipping is less then quoted.
