This sale is for a vintage Royal Doulton stoneware open salt and pepper shaker. They both have relief scenes around the outsideagainst the brown. The open salt measures 2\" wide and 1 1/4\" tall. It is marked on the base with the imprinted Royal Doulton mark which I believe dates the open salt to circa 1902-1922. Theletter C and possibly another letteris imprinted but it is hard to tell as the marks are quite worn with age. The shaker is not marked and is missing the stopper. It measures about 3\" tall and about 1\" across the base. Both pieces are in good condition with no chips or cracks. Please enlarge the photos to see the details.
