VINTAGE ROYAL DOULTON THE JACKDAW OF RHEIMS WALL CHARGER SERIES WARE 1938 :

For your consideration we have a very lovely Monumental Royal Doulton Charger. This Charger is in the Series Ware pattern D6378 The Jackdaw of Rheims. This lovely Art Pottery piece was made at the Royal Doulton Factory in the 1930\'s. There is also the famous Royal Doulton Mark with the Lion and Crown as well on the back. This piece has beautiful coloration all hand done and finished. It took years for artists to apprentice at Doulton to be able to paint these lovely items.

There is a banner across thecenter with the caption containing the Jackdaw of Rheims & Bishop motto. This large charger measures 15 1/4\" in dia. The Charger is in Mint condition with no chips, cracks nor restoration. This is a very Rare piece of Series Ware. A lovely addition for the Royal Doulton Collector.
