Forthe bell collector we have an elegant glass bell made by an unknown maker. This bell was most likely made somewhere inthe area encompassing the countries of Germany, Poland and Czechoslovakia. Due to the fact that this is 24% lead crystalyou get a long lasting clear bell sound when you ring this. Beautiful!!!

Thisis a quality piece of lead crystal blown art glass and is quite heavy. The ruby red color is cased (layered) overthe crystal or clear colored glass. Thenthe glass cutter removed some of the ruby red color allowing the clear glass toshow through creating a beautiful effect.All of this is hand cut and polished.It also appears to me to that the very top of the handle has been cutand polished, so this was most likely made from a piece of stemware.

Ithas been in my personal collection since 1982 and comes from a smoke free home.

There are nochips, flea bites, scratches, repairs, hairlines, cracks or any other visiblesigns of wear. Please keep in mind thephotos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see willlook 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is.

Pleasenote: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is from my camera and is not amark on the piece. It will be eitherjust to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on theright side of the photo.
