Today I offer this stunningly beautiful vintage & fairly rare coffee pot with covered sugar bowl.
The Memphis-Post Modern styling is from the 1980\'s & found more popularity in Europe than in the states.
One can see hints of Art Deco styling influences & a strong architectural geometric styling as well.
-Coffee pot is bottom stamped, Salins Studio France
-My guess is the sugar bowl had a paper stamp at one time.
-I purchased these some time back on the secondary market & assume at one time a creamer was also
part of the set. No creamer was made available to me. The set has only been displayed by me, not used.
-Both pieces are glazed in a light grey color. They are in very good condition, no chips, cracks or repairs.
-Coffee pot is 10.5\" tall & 3\" deep. Width is about 8.5\" from angled end to angled end.
- Sugar bowl is 5\" tall & is 6\" in diameter. The highlighted stepped feature extends the size to 6.5\" in width.
