Here\'s a lovely necklace handmade in the very difficult repousse style by a talented Mexican silversmith in the 1930s or \'40s. I have seen their work before. This is in beautiful condition, but the clasp has been professionally re done and at the same time it\'s been professionally cleaned. It looks like a new unused necklace despite it\'s 75 years. The alteration has added about an inch to the length. It is just beautiful on, being wide and graceful, and a comfortable weight due to the repousse construction - which is hollow. It\'s 17 inches long, 7/8 inch wide, and weighs 35 grams. The clasp is stamped 925, the necklace Hecho en Mexico 925 JSE.Shipping: $2.61 first class or $6.60 priority mail, both with delivery confirmation.
