DESCRIPTION

You are being offered in a BUY NOW sale a sterling silver butter dish by Fisher.

The photos included in this listing are of the item being sold.

Though I polished the dish, there are some dark spots that I did not get out.
The bottom of the dish is stamped, Fisher, their hallmark a crown and a shield, sterling and 1962.
The fringed outer lip of the lid is stamped sterling.
The lid is lifter off the bottom with a finial attached to the top.

CONDITION :

The dish is in good condition. (Please note, good condition means an item is used and has blemishes as described.)
The piece has normal wear and scratches from usage and age.
It has no cracks, breaks, or repairs.
There is a dent on one elongated side which is .25” long. Photo included.

SIZE : (The measurements are approximate.)

The bottom of the dish measures 8” long, .75” high and 4.5” wide.
The top/lid measures 6 5/8” long, 1 1/4” high and 3 1/16” wide. The finial is 1” high.
Before packing for shipping, the approx. weight is 183 grams.

The Handling Charge is a minimum of $2.50. On large items, the Handling Charge will be more. (First Class items have a handling charge of a dollar.)
The Handling Charge is to cover any or all of the following:(Packaging Materials-bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, box, tube, Styrofoam sheet insulation, etc.) and My Time (packing, shipping and driving to the shipping location.), Insurance. and Surcharge to Sellers on postage.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE :

If you would like you order shipped to an address other than the one has on file either

SHIPPING : (All Domestic items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insured.)

I will ship First Class Mail when a parcel weighs within the USPS weight guidelines.

RETURN & ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

All correspondence, as is described below, is to be through Messages.

If the item is not as described in the listing and/or as shown in the photos:

The Buyer is to contact me and provide me with clear concise photos of the problem within 14 days from receipt of the item. (The shipper\'s tracking delivery date is the date of receipt. )
If the Buyer\'s complaint is justified, I will work with you to reach an adjustment. If we are unable to agree, I will accept the item back. It must be shipped within 3 business days of me approving return. ( The Buyer is to ship the item back with the same coverage it had when it was sent unless I state otherwise in an email.
The Buyer will be issued a complete refund for the Cost of the Item, all Shipping Costs (including the fee to return the item to me) and Handling charges. The refund will be issued in the same form the item was paid for - PayPal with PayPal, etc.

INSURANCE CLAIM: will be filed by the SELLER (Me)

If an item is damaged in shipping, send me a description of the damage and photographs through . ( If the photos are too small, out of focus or not lit well, I will inform you of what you will need to do so photos are acceptable for me to file a claim. )

You will be reimbursed the original cost of the item and your shipping, once the claim is approved.

Since the shipper may need to examine the item and packing materials in the investigation process, the Buyer needs to retain the damaged item and all packing materials. These should be kept exactly as they were when they received it. The Buyer is Not to ship the item back to the Seller but may need to take it to their local post office. (This is stated on the USPS web page under Filing Domestic Claims-Proof of Damage - will be left after I have received yours. I have found this necessary since Buyers did not always reciprocate after I had left them response.
