Victorian VINTAGE STERLING SILVER PUFFY HEART CHARM - Repousse Swirls & Flowers I believe this vintage sterling heart charm is from theVictorian era. It has a repousse swirls and flowers border design. There are white spots on my photos, but this is camera flash, not an imperfection. This heart is marked Sterling on the back. There is engraving on the back of the heart. The back of the heart has been professionally engraved with the initials \"B.D.\". The heart is in fair condition, with dented areas on the back. The heart measures approximately 5/8\" across.
