Features: This is a very nicevintagesolid bangle bracelet.Made of sterling silver an solid 18K gold (consisting of 2 raised gold wraps which are also bezel set). Considered rare. An earlier design, beautifully handcrafted by renowned modernist: W. Thomas Burns of his Bayanihan jewelry company. The company was based in Massachusetts, established in1974 bythis founder who had worked for the Peace Corps in the Philippines. Bracelet was made in 1974 when his firm first started. After he died the firm became Bayanihan LTD. His designs were an outgrowth of his Peace Corps experience in the Philippines. \"Bayanihan\" means working together which he was remembered for his kind and gracious deeds. Bracelet serves as an example of his superb smith workmanship in an eye catching modernist design. Well made. Hasstrongslide clasp with safety clip, both open and securely lock in shut, just fine. Has a good weight to it. Weighs approx 22 grams (as in 21.8 grams) of which approx1 gram in solid 18K gold, (as a jeweler, estimation\'s based on weighing other loose gold wrap pieces of similar sizes, weight and mass, for gold is a much heavier metal than silver). Fitting and Measurements: Looks fine with a loose look appeal. Will fit best from a size 6 inch wrist up to a size 63/4 inch wrist. Due to inner is oval shape, its inner diameter is more relevant with assessing fitting than inner circumference. Shut, inner diameter is 2.25 inches with inner circumference of 6.72 inches. Width (as in height) is up to 1/4 inch with main body of well over 1/8 inch (as in 4.25 mm). Hallmark and Marks: As shown in 7th photo \"18K\", with sterling mark \"925\" with his firm\'s mark \"BAYANIHAN\" with his earlier rare copyright mark, issued in 1974. Would make a nice gift.
