This sterling silver State Capitol Springfield, Ill. souvenir spoon is signed Sterling and weighs 26.6grams. The bowl shows a picture of the Capitol and the handle has a picture of Senator Evans and the Armory Arsenal. It measures about 5 3/4 inches long and is in good pre-owned condition.
