ALL frames are sent via Recorded Delivery (domestic shipping) or, with either Royal Mail International Signed-For or Airsure (International Shipping).

All our Vintage frames are posted within five days of receiving payment. Frames shipped to Europe take between 4-7 working days to arrive and frames shipped outside Europe between 7-10 working days. If frames go missing and the postal service loses items a full refund will be offered. It is recommended that Items of high value are insured by the buyer.

Once payment is made and an item shipped and received, the buyer may return an item for whatever reason (as long as it has not been broken) within one week. If the item shows wear since it was shipped and has deteriorated because of usage it cannot be returned. After one week the buyer must accept responsibility for the item. We consider this extremely fair and therefore expect buyers to act honestly and in compliance with these terms.

Payment for Buy-It-Now items is requited immediately after the sale is concluded. For sale-style listing payment is within one week if combining with other items and within 48 hours if not. If payment is not received within these time limits a reminder will be sent, giving the buyer time to pay. If payment is not then received, the sale will be cancelled.
