A set of 8 sterling teaspoons by TOWLE in pattern OLD COLONIAL. Each teaspoon is 5 5/8” long and marked STERLING on the back. Some are marked 925/1000. All spoons are beveled. They are in excellent vintage condition with few to no scratches and no silver pitting. There is a protective, tarnish resistant sleeve marked Harry Stout, Springfield, IL that holds 6 of the 8 spoons. Harry Stout in Springfield would have been the seller.

Four spoons have no monogram. Three spoons have a monogram on the back of DFP. One spoon has no monogram on the back yet has a monogram on the spoon section with an elaborate & ornate LAURA.
