Made in Japan in the 1960\'s by Yonezawa - this battery operated robot is about 13 inches tall.

The robot works perfectly - travels with mystery action, stops, the arms move up and down, and the head raises and lowers as it shows his lighted teeth and loudly laughs - the action then repeats.

The majority of the Laughing/Hysterical Harry Robots had two batteries in the base. This version has three batteries split between two compartments. The lower compartment houses two batteries that power the mystery action, arms, light, and head. There is one additional battery in the back of the robot which controls the laughing sound.

The robot is in excellent condition. No cracks, chips, or nicks, and the chrome portions retain their luster. The battery boxes are clean. A minor wheel ding does not effect the function of this terrific robot.

The original box is in good condition but has tears, dings and nicks. Despite this, it is one of the better boxes we have seen over the years. Please see the photos for the details.
