We have been in the business of selling clock and watch related material for over 13 years now and we try our best to make sure there are no unwanted surprises on your end when you receive your items. However, occasionally, things happen and we are here to assist you any way we can if and when they do. Due to and PayPal\'s ever changing policies with buyer/seller protection, we are forced to sell everything AS-IS with no returns. Please keep in mind, our phone number is here for a reason. We are not in the business of misleading or being decietful to our clientel and we will do everything we can to disclose any defects known to us on these 40-200 year old items however, we cannot accept a return due to neglect or mishandeling a watch causing damage to it on the buyers end. The Buyer/Seller protection policies mean well however, they hurt the honest sellers by making the few dishonest buyers get away with robbing parts, using high end watches to go to a wedding or etc, altering or outright causing damage to an item and then being able to return it without the seller having any say in the matter.

We are a reputable dealer maintaining honest and ethical practices so you have no worries in dealing with us. We take care of our customers just as if you walked into our store and purchased it directly like the old fashioned way. It is sad that we must disclose all of this however, there are always people that will use the system to get something for nothing and we will not tolerate that kind of business any longer.

Condition:

This watch comes to you as found with no implied warranties or guarantees
It is running strong and keeping accurate time however, the mainspring is slipping and thus it cannot be given a full wind
The dial is original and slightly dirty. The hands show moisture damage but I believe can be restored has the original loli-pop seconds bit
Crystal is trashed however, I believe it may be the original crystal
The case shows scratches throughout and will polish up if desired
This watch was not timed on a machine for accuracy to the +/- seconds per day but as with all timepieces, minor regulation may be required upon delivery
Since we have no prior service records on this watch, all factory specifications may differ from its actual status. The depth ratings are set by the factory and we do not guarantee those ratings to be accurate since we do not pressure test any of the watches sold. Antique, Vintage and Modern watches are not guaranteed to be water tight, water proof, or water resistant and we would suggest having the watch pressure tested prior to using in or around water to make sure all seals and gaskets are doing their job.

Please note that when we offer a 14-day return on our items they must meet the requirements as per policy. and PayPal may have extended time frames to file a claim against defects however, we do not honor anything over a 14 day period unless otherwise stated. Our inventory consists mainly of used items anywhere from 1 year old to 180 years old and usually have some type of mechanical motor or machine driving it. We do our best to describe them accurately however, we cannot foresee the future and old parts can break at any time without warning, and without visible flaw. We are a small clock and watch shop that is family owned and operated and we have been in business for over 13yrs. We believe in ethical business practices according to the sworn oath the NWACC requires for membership. We pay special attention to trying to uphold and protect the hobby of collecting clocks and watches and we try to disclose anything that has been done to alter a particular timepiece. More importantly, we do not hack apart timepieces strictly to make profit and anything that we sell as parts either comes to us this way or, it is too far gone for restoration.

Shipping

As per /Paypal Policies we only ship to your registered address you have on file. And we will use the least expensive methods to save you as much as possible. Many larger items are calculated Parcel Select however, they may go Priority Mail instead. International Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be accessed by your country\'s customs agency and we ship via Global Shipping Program. On items exceeding a final value of $750.00(item+shipping) a signature is required. Some items can go Express International via USPS office however, Jewelry and Watches MUST go Global Shipping or DHL which starts at approx. $75.00. Please consider this when placing an offer or making a offer.

We also are not in the practice of making money on postage and try to keep the pricing as close to actual as we can however, the shipping calculator uses is not our own and we have noticed the quoted prices vs. actual can vary.
