This little grinder shows the usual signs of wear, faint scratches in the plastic which look 10 times worse with the flash. The rubber feet are dried up. Stick-on rubber pads from a hardware store would work fine of course, but it does still sit level on the old feet. There are no cracks in the plastic anywhere. The dark plastic is more of a red/rust-orange then a ruby but the original color was called ruby. It works perfectly fine including the adjustment of the grind, I\'m just lazy and buy pre-ground coffee now. I cleaned the interior mechanism with compressed air, so it is ready to use when you get it. No bugs, no pet odors, no smoking odors.
