Looks like a bobblehead, but it\'s a wind up toy where the neck extends up and down when you spin the wind up mechanism. Doesn\'t seem to be working. Some aging and wear. Overall in nice shape. Not sure how old this is. Maybe 50s or 60s. Please refer to photos. Selling as is!!!
