Great piece of orignial WWII history.....

Olive green, wool, WWII military army blanket.

Measures approximently: 82\" by 63\".

Original tag is hard for me to read but here is what I see:

Dated 4-18-1942

Spec No. 8-111A- 18-23 Type 1

Stock No. (can\'t read clearly)

Phile (something) Depot

Also, hand stictched in red looks like J158, on the bottom edge next to the tag, as shown in the photo\'s.

In great shape for its age, all edging intact, just small holes at the edge, as shown in the photo\'s.
