VINTAGE ZENITH ROYAL 500 OWL EYE 7 TRANSISTOR AMRADIO BLACK AND GOLD ~ SWEET CLASSIC RADIO!!This sale is for a used but nicevintage hard to findZenith Royal 500transistor radiomarked on the back with Zenith Royal \"500\" Tubeless 7 transistorsunbreakable nylon. Some call this the Owl or Owl Eye radio because of how the face is designed!! It also has the original sticker on the back of the battery compartment as well!! I just tested this radio out with 4 AA batteries (not included) and I can hear static through the speakers when you turn it one and it stays very low static all throughout the volume range butwhen you adjust the AM station knob I didn\'t hear anything so the radio needs some work. Speaking of the knobs...the clear ring and the black marker indicator is still present on the station knob which always seems to be missing or off on any of these that I\'ve had in the last few years. The color is a black with gold.I looked the radio over and I do see a small chip in the seam on the top left corner and on the 1 side - its missing what I believe is a rivet or something that holds the gold metal band in place. Both of these items are pictured in the listing with me pointing these out.Please see the picture of me pointing this out. Shipping and handling is set at a fixed rate for for the upper 48 states. My goal is to ALWAYS ship out the next business day!!! I normally ship using either USPS Priority Mail shipping or FEDEX Ground shipping so that you get your items right away!!! Please note that doesn\'t have a shipping option for Fedex so I\'m forced to UPS Ground as the shipping option on their system but items will be shipped via Fedex instead. Hawaii, Alaska, Guamand Puerto Rico will be slightly higher.

Due to the nature of most of my items being vintage, collectible and antiques - items are considered AS-IS but I do provide a return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
