Zuni silversmiths Blake and Velma Lesansee started working together in the mid-1950s. They are best known for their inlaid owl design that you see in this bolo tie. This sweet owl bolo has been beautifully inlaid with turquoise, jet, coral and shell. It measures 1 3/4\" tall by 1\" across. And the bolo tie weighs .88 ounce or 25 grams. The silver tips measure 2 1/4\" long. One of the tips has two dents which areopposite each other. All of the inlay is in excellent condition and the black braided leather tie doesn\'t show any wear.
