This is marked Empire Tarboro NC. 27886 1995 Empire Ind. Inc. It was made in the USA. It is 17 1/2 inches tall, 12 inches wide and a depth of 11 inches. There is some minor paint loss and a melt mark underneath on the bottom (see last picture). Also someone drilled two holes on the back and added a light cord with a on/off switch in the cord (see picture #8). Thelight bulb is included but I cannot guarantee it will still work after shipping. This was well cleaned.

Overall it is in very good condition with no dents or cracks.
