Description
This sweet little bride would make a darling Wedding Shower decoration. She was originally created as a cake decoration, and stands on a cardboard disk. I didn\'t find a mark, but she was probably made in Japan. She has a lovely Art Deco Flapper style veil that is minus it\'s net. She was originally dressed in a light weight tulle ribbon, along with the cotton flowers and silk ribbon. The net and tulle have disintegrated, and just show in a few small spots. The silk ribbon and cotton flowers are in excellent condition. She has no dents or breaks, and her arms fit well. She is so adorable. She stands 3 1/2" tall. New net and ribbon could be added, or she can be displayed as she is, in her original condition. She dates to the 1920\'s, and is a "Kewpie" doll. I have lots of other vintage celluloid pieces, so take a look!
