Listing is for a vintage 1930\'s or 1940\'s Filene\'s of Boston full length mink coat. Coat was my grandmother\'s and has been safely stored in my mother\'s closet for over 40 years. It comes from a smoke-free home and has no musty or odd smell. Fur is smooth, soft, and not shedding. There is no tag indicating the size, but coat appears to be a S to M, and was worn by a small framed person. Measures 21\" armpit to armpit, 42\" shoulder to hem, 17\" across the shoulders, and 16\" along the inside arm seam. Material is 100% mink fur for the shell. The liner material is not listed, but feels like a silky satin. The inside has \"ATH\" embroidered on the left side, which are my grandmother\'s initials. There are odd straps sewn into the inside, presuming for extra support. Coat has a 14\" tear along the inside liner (right at the seam, in an easy spot to repair), some wear along the back inside collar, and a small 0.5\" slit on the left sleeve near the armpit (see photos). There are no other major flaws that I can see, and overall the coat is in beautiful condition for it\'s age. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
