Shipping: Twice per week. Most customers will receive their item in 5-7 business

days in the U.S. We almost exclusively ship Priority mail and whenever possible

we will fit your item into a flat rate envelope to save you money.A flat rate envelope means

that your item may need steaming or ironing, as the fit in the envelope is tight. If you would

prefer a larger box w/ tissue, please let us know and we willre invoiceyou for the additional shipping amount.

Please remember, this is all to save YOU money! Delivery confirmation is included on all shipments.

We happily combine shipping for you to save on costs. Normally, it is $4 per each additional

item, but if we can fit itallinto a flat rate box and save you more: we will!

Internationals: We LOVE you! We can no longer offer first class mailing because items are being lost in transit.

We shipitems in Priority International in flat rate envelope for $25.00which hasonline customsinformation included .

Customers are responsible for all customs/VAT fees, once the item reaches your country.

Condition/Returns: Most of our items are between 30 and 70 years old and come

with a \"history\" of wear. We pride ourselves in only selling fine quality vintage. Normal

wear should be expected, but if we misrepresent an item, ormeasurements are not

right, we will work with you. A cracked button, loose threador inside repair are not reason for a return.

If you have any questions, please drop us a line and we will be happy to answer any

particular condition questions. Dresses thru the eras may have been altered.

Measurements: All items are measured by hand and are EXACT. Please leave

room for movement and it is a great idea to keep a record of YOUR measurements

by your computer, to compare to ours.

Communication: Yes please! We try and do our best to answer each and every

inquiry as soon as possible. That said, both BohoChicks have full time jobs so it

might be at the end of the work day. We shop far and wide over the weekends to

keep our store stocked with fabulous authentic vintage and this may mean that we

cant get back to you til the next day. Please be patient and know that your questions

are VERY important to us and we will do our best tonot keep you insuspense!
