VINTAGE Venetian enamelled hand painted gilded GLASS decanter + 4 glasses:

This listing is for the elegant and intricately gilded green decanter from the MOSER factory and four liqueur glasses, only. I took the photos with other items around so that the height could be better gauged.The glass is very old, probably Victorian era, 1900’ish and beautifully detailed and enamelled, a hand painted decanter that has gilding with over-gilding of scrolls and dots in the typical Moser fashion. The decanter is listed with four 5\" sherry/port glasses along with the original close fitting spiral stopper. There is a letter B gilded on the base of the decanter as a signature probably of the person who did the gilding.There is no damage on the decanter and three of the glasses at all apart from slight loss of gilding here and there which is amazing since it is so old.On just ONE of the glasses, there is one petal of one of the flowers on one of the glasses which has been knocked, and across the base it has been broken and cleverly glued as shown in the photos, only noticed on very close inspection.I have chosen to include this in the set as it looks the part.The decanter stands 17.5\" high x 3.75\" across the basethe glasses are 5\" high x 2\" across .....
They make a very elegant display and attract a lot of attention. It is lovely to own such beautifully crafted antiques and admire the skill and craftsmanship that went into the making.....
