Presenting a Vintage, large, hand-carved, and painted wood \'Indian Chief\' pin. This unique carved wood collectible pin, from the Fred Harvey Era, features a profile of a Native American Chief, in full headdress. It is painted with multi colored feathers, and war paint on the cheek. The large size pin measures approximately 4 1/8\" high, X, 3 5/8\" at the widest. Weight is 35.3 grams. It contains an applied tight working, locking pin clasp on the back. The wood has a darkened patina, and the paintd portions, has some crackling in the varnish, due to its age.
