I try to calculate my shipping very closely in weight and charge. All my items are shipped within two business days after confirmation of payment. I ship by USPS. If an item is over length by postal standards I may ship UPS ground(domestic)to save the buyer shipping costs. I ship most items internationally unless otherwise mentioned on an individual item ad. Import duties are the buyers responsibility. You can be assured that I pack my items very carefully and do not skimp on bubble wrap or other packing materials. For buyers convenience the cost for insurance coverage to protect against damage or loss is provided by the seller. I love to combine multiple item purchases to save on shipping costs. However, while shipping costs can be combined for most multiple purchases some items do not combine well due to special packaging needs.
I try to describe my items to the best of my ability and as correctly as possible. I am not an expert on any of the items I put on . I attempt to research my items before placing an ad but it does not make me an expert. Regarding returns: I will gladly accept returns on most items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and they will not be refunded. If I determine that the reason for the return was my fault I will refund your money for original purchase and also the return shipping. I pack my items very carefully and it is expected that you do the same upon returning merchandise. I will not refund money on the following items: Items broken in return shipping; Clothes that have been worn or that have tags removed or missing if you received them with tags; Clothes returned with spots, odors, rips, or tears; Shoes that have obviously been worn or are broken; Any item returned that is not in the same condition that it was sent.
