Every purchase goes directly to our not for profit animal rescue. Many items have been donated in support of the animals. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Any refunds will be given after the item has been returned. I do not return shipping fees. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent and will be checked before refund will be given.
