Returns Instructions.

You can return an item to us exactly as it was received with all tags & packaging included.

1. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason customers should contact us within three (3) days of delivery to receive a return authorization number. (RMA#)

2. All return packages must be labeled with the RMA Number in order to be returned to the rightful owners. This action will insure a prompt refund.

3. Return postage, insurance & merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer until the package arrives safely back to us and we can assess package contents.

4. A standard loss fee of $5.00 will apply if an item is damaged, used, package contents are missing or if the item is not returned within the time frame specified in the listing.

5. We do reserve the right to run final sales on clearance inventory which is clearly outlined in the listing.
