A Lovely Large Vintage Native American Wisconsin Winnebago (Ho-Chunk) Hand Woven Black Ash Splint Basket with Carved Notched Wood Handle measuring approx. 13.25 in. (H) with handle x 11 in. (W) x 16 & 1/8th in. (L). It is in very good condition with overall wear (several tiny discreet scattered splint breaks/fractures & tiny chips, one loose wrap break on top rim lip, dry weaves, nice patina, bits of paint splatter on handle, soil marks & a water spot area near bottom-needs a gentle cleaning/sprucing up) due to age.
