SPECTACULAR VINTAGE LARGE & HEAVY TURQUOISE CHANNEL INLAY STERLING SILVER BELT BUCKLE HAND MADE AND SIGNED BY NAVAJO ARTISAN HOWARD S. BEGAY---This very unusual Indian Hand Made Sterling Silver (as marked IHMSS) pre-owned belt buckle was created by the Navajo artisan Howard Begay, but it is in a style that is more closely associated with the Zuni tribe---turquoise set in sterling silver channel inlay. There are a few minor, natural imperfections in the stones as the photos show, but all inlay is intact, smooth and tight. The veined blue turquoise is very attractive and this is a LARGE & HEAVY buckle---weighing over 130 grams, or about 4.75 ounces, and measuring 4\"\' x 3\", fitting belts up to 1 1/2\" wide. The turquoise and sterling could be polished to a high gloss if desired, but it looks GREAT already!! MAKE OFFER!!
