Presentingan early, Navajo, Sterling Silver, and Turquoise \'Concho\' belt. From the Fred Harvey Era, this lovely Navajo belt features fourteen rectangular, contoured \'Conchos\', each containing an oval, bezel set Turquoise stone, and one larger buckle. They are all hand stamped, and connected with an oval ring, with an applied, stamped oval section. The belt measures approximately 36\", opened, from hook end to end. Each rectangular concho measures approximately 1 1/4\", from end to end (not counting attached rings), X 1\" at the widest. The buckle measures approximately 1 1/5\", X, by just over 1\", at the widest. Weight is 100.2 grams. It is hand engraved on the back of the buckle NO 2? (hard to read). One of the Turquoise stones has an old crack, but is in the setting securely (see photos). The belt is unpolished, exhibiting a darkened, aged patina. Beautiful, full sized belt, that can be worn by both men, or women.
